Spacious two bedroom apartment with roof terrace located in the centre on the Rozengracht.

This modern two bedroom apartment is located on the edge of the Jordaan, a historic and charming neighbourhood in the city centre of Amsterdam. Apartment This nicely decorated apartment comes with wooden flooring and is located on the third floor of the building. The bright and spacious living room has large windows and features a comfortable sofa with two footstools which can function as a coffee table as well. There is a flatscreen TV and a small Hifi set and DVD player for the in-house entertainment. The wooden dining table comes with three chairs and a wooden bench.The white open plan designer kitchen is fully equipped with four pit stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher and a full inventory of kitchen utensils. The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. The smaller bedroom comes with a double bed and ensuite shower. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom which comprises of a shower, sink and bathtub. A separate toilet is located in the hall. The (unfurnished) roof terrace provides a fantastic view over Amsterdam. Important information: The stairs leading to the third floor are fairly steep, this could make it difficult for elderly, small children and those travelling with large suitcases. Services and facilities: Wi-Fi. Cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. No pets allowed, so suitable for guests with allergies. Roof terrace. Fair-trade Max Havelaar Cotton The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of those who are directly involved is improved step by step. We always keep looking for new ways to contribute to a better environment.
