Situated on the second floor, it comes equipped with all the facilities and furnishings needed for a comfortable and homely stay. You’ll be welcomed by an inviting light décor which consists of cream walls, light laminate flooring and tall ceilings. The open plan living area is a great size and is furnished with a comfy black sofa, a rug, a small coffee table, floor lamps and large windows through which you can enjoy a street view while pondering about your next day’s outings in Amsterdam. A nice bonus is a work desk and chair and a modern open storage cabinet which all guests can find good use of. There is also a small dining table and chairs as well as a fully equipped modern white kitchen with a black work top. The double bedroom is cosy with light linen and walls and enough wardrobe space for your luggage. The modern bathroom is fully equipped and boasts a useful shower unit.

A haven for those seeking short term Amsterdam accommodation which is located in a quieter residential area away from the main city centre but close enough via public transport to enjoy leisure or business outings every day. If you’re visiting the Amsterdam RAI convention centre then you’ll be happy with a short 10 – 15 minute commute by bus or tram from the Amsteldijk station just down the road from the apartment. If you enjoy walking then Amsterdam is a great place to roam through with its beautiful canals, historic canal houses and narrow quaint streets. Go north up Amsteldijk and in about 20 minutes you’ll entre the central Canal Belt and before you reach the central Dam Square and Red Light District areas you can find the Waterlooplein Flea Market and the popular Rembrandt Square with its restaurants and bars. If you don’t fancy the walk but want to explore this touristy part of town then catch the metro from Amstelstation which is just across the Amstel River and you’ll be there in about 15 minutes. |
