Apartment The atmosphere is classical with solid wooden floors, stylish furniture and elegant ornamentation. This two bedroom apartment has a charming balcony with an exquisite art deco style wrought railing and white French doors that open wide to offer a spectacular view over the Leidse Square.
The living room has an ample couch, two armchairs, two wicker chairs, two coffee tables and for your leisure time there is a television and a DVD player. The dining room is adjacent to the spacious kitchen which is fitted out with professional stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals and for your convenience there is a washing machine.
The two bedrooms are serenely white, one with a comfortable double bed, the other has two cosy single beds and each room has its respective wardrobe. The bathroom is very modern and minty fresh white featuring a single shower cabin and a relaxing bathtub.
The Leidseplein 2 is on the third floor and it can house six persons.
Important information: Please note that the elevator in the building is located on the first floor and not on the ground floor. From the ground floor two flight of stairs are to be taken to reach the first floor. As this apartment is located in one of the most vibrant night-life centers of Amsterdam, there will be an increased level of sound from the surrounding area during the weekends.

Surrounding the square there are many terraces where you can sit and chill out, sip a drink while people watching or just be entertained by street bands or performers. Located on the square are the Stadsschouwburg municipal theatre, the Leidseplein Theatre, Paradiso and Melkweg Theatres, the Nieuwe De La Mar Theater also the entrance to the Vondelpark municipal park, the Holland Casino and the City Theatre cinema. From here you can walk the whole city, if you so desire, or easily find a mean of transportation. |
